After an earlier career out of college in graphic design, Dr. Yanok shifted her focus to a new passion: physical therapy. She earned her doctorate of physical therapy from Cleveland State University in 2013 and hasn’t looked back!
Since then, Dr. Yanok has worked in variety of clinical settings with diverse patient populations. She maintained a private practice for five years in Ohio where she provided care for patients across the age spectrum. One of her many specialties includes pelvic health, with a focus on women’s health in particular.
In addition to running her own private practice, Dr. Yanok served on Bryant & Stratton College’s adjunct faculty in the physical therapy assistants program. Dr. Yanok taught practice management and delivered a lecture and lab on orthopedics to help cultivate students’ clinical skills.
A lifelong learner always eager for new adventures, Dr. Yanok left the Buckeye State for the Bay State and joined GBU’s thriving pelvic floor physical therapy practice. Today, Dr. Yanok sees patients out of our Dedham Care Center.
