Biography
Dr. Bijan Salari earned his undergraduate degree in chemical engineering from Columbia University in New York and his medical degree from The Boonshoft School of Medicine at Wright State University in Fairborn, Ohio.
Prior to joining GBU, Dr. Salari served as Chief Resident in Urology at the University of Toledo in Toledo, Ohio, which is also his hometown. His clinical interests include general urology, robotic surgery, and minimally invasive surgery.
Dr. Salari has given presentations at the American Urological Association and Ohio Urological Society. In addition, he has co-authored a chapter in the third edition of the Atlas of Laparoscopic and Robotic Urologic Surgery called "Exiting the Abdomen and Closure Techniques."
Dr. Salari is seeing patients full time in our Hyannis Care Center. Outside of work, Dr. Salari enjoys visiting art museums, traveling domestically and internationally, and enjoying coffee and fine espresso.
